Day 1 Friday June 14

Arrival from Cancun. Meet at airport with guide, transfer in with a tour guide - to Hotel Vedado/Flamingo, check-in, and information meeting with the tour guide.

Day 2 Saturday June 15

Day - Free

Evening - Transfer/Cultural evening in old Havana, the theatre (Entrance fees not included)

Day 3 Sunday June 16

A.M. - Free

P.M. Afro-Cuban culture and the community in Callejon de Hamel.

Evening - Morro/Cabaña Fort, 9 p.m. ceremony and evening dinner (optional.)

Day 4 Monday June 17

Standard City Tour all day with lunch, with emphasis or focus on educational institutes such as high schools and pre universities and the Instituto Superior de Arte (ISA), the Ciudad Libertad (Education), University of Havana, etc,

Day 5 Tuesday June 18

A.M. Visit to a high school, chat with teachers. Lunch in Old Havana

P.M. Visit to the Sindicato de Educadores CTC - Cuban teachers' trade union association.

Day 6 Wednesday June 19

All day tour of Pinar del Rio.

with Lunch. Community of Las Terrazas. Visit to a typical rural high school. Soroa, Vinales.

Day 7 Thursday June 20

A.M. and P.M. With lunch at "El Aljibe", visit to the literacy museum, education museum and Ciudad de la Libertad.

Day 8 Friday June 21

A.M. and P.M. with lunch at "La Cecilia"

Visit to the ISA - the Higher education institute responsible for training students in all forms of art (chat with students and teachers)

Visit a pedagogical institute responsible for training teachers (chat with teachers)

8 p.m. Farwell dinner at the family restaurant.
