RESIDENTS OF THE USA

Educational activities
Following the implementation of new OFAC rules for Cuba Travel, enforced June 2004, we can only help institutions that already have a specific license. Such licenses are limited to undergraduate and graduate institutions (no secondary schools). Only students enrolled in the licensed institution may travel on that license. Employees who travel under the license must be full-time permanent employees of the licensed institution. The educational activities for the undergraduate students may be no less than 10 weeks; others (graduates and employees) may be for a period of less than 10 weeks.

Other requests
For any other requests, individuals or groups wanting to travel to Cuba, please contact the OFAC for licensing.
